Very satisfied with this product. I can literally feel the difference between taking creatine and not. I like the capsule form because it’s easy to just pop my mouth in the morning and evening. Easy to swallow. Love the subscription as I got a small discount and wouldn’t have to worry about reordering them. No flavor.

First time taking creatine in a capsule with this product it does the same as the powder. I like that its less messy than powder just you do take a lot of capsules at once
