Apryl grew up in a very small town in Mississippi where fitness & health wasn't a thing. She later moved to California 11 years ago where she saw a new perspective on her physical health and leading a healthier lifestyle. Apryl began working out and fell in love with it. A few years later, she became certified as a personal trainer.

Not only is she a dedicated personal trainer but she is also a loving family person. That is where her true inspiration comes from. As a mother to 3 boys, Apryl understands the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle not just for herself, but also being a role model for my boys.
