Shipping and Return Policy



Customers may choose available shipping options through the checkout process. We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping. $75+ Orders are FREE SHIPPING (Standard Ground Shipping). All orders worth $80+ will require a signature upon arrival, please be alert on the day of delivery.

This may take 3 - 8 business days and may experience a delay depending upon distance from “Gardena, California, USA.”

We do not ship on the weekends. Orders placed on a Friday after 12 PM PST will be processed to ship on the following Monday. Orders placed Mon - Thur after 12 PM PST will be processed the next day of order being placed. 

Once your package has been shipped and out of our facility, we are NO longer responsible for what may happen en route. Shipping and delivery issues must first be taken up with the shipping carrier used (USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX.)

Let us know, within 5 business days of receiving an order, if you need to return/exchange an item. Purchases must be in their original, undamaged, sealed packaging, with original packing slip and must be in a re-saleable condition.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are returned safely.
Unfortunately, EarthNutri is unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
We recommend selecting a carrier who can provide tracking and insurance.
