I'm a IFBB Pro Men's Physique Athlete and 3x Champ, who has competed on the Mr. Olympia stage 3x. I first started competing in 2013 and earned my pro card a year later at my first National Show USAs in 2014.
In less than 3 months of earning my Pro Card I won an overall show, which automatically qualified me for Mr. Olympia 15' and placed 6th. The following two years, I qualified for Mr. Olympia and placed top 10.
Prior to becoming a physique competitor, I was heavily involved in CrossFit and was focused more on performance vs aesthetics. Even after becoming CrossFit certified I began to see the unpleasant risk to injury and loss of hard earned muscle. It was later suggested I start competing due to my overall genetic physique and desire to build muscle. I am NASM certified and continue to evolve in learning different methods as health and fitness is always evolving. I'm most known for my creative training methods and emphasize on correct form and technique. I'm a firm believer in mastering your craft and always be open minded to learn new methods. " Knowledge is no value unless you put it into practice.
What do you like about our products? How do you use them? And do you have any favorite flavors?
The first thing I noticed was after using the product was you don't have that bloated feeling due to all the man made chemical ingredients that other supplement companies use. EN uses more organic ingredients with a higher nutritional value and better absorption. For example: Pesticides on fruits decrease the nutrients absorbed into the body and increases more free radicals. Supplementation has always been important to me, as its the key to shuttle more nutrients to the body, that will increase anabolism and strength, which is not possible in our sport by just food.
I use the Pre Workout Watermelon 15- 30 prior to training, Intra- and Post workout Peach Mango and Chocolate Whey.
What is your overall athletic goal and what’s next for you?
To continue to build my physique, compete in IFBB Pro league / Mr. Olympia and continue to develop myself and inspire others in health and fitness.
What does a typical workout look like and how do you train?
For maintaining I workout around 5 times a week, usually late nights do to my schedule and with less of a crowd. Closer to showtime I will do double sessions with added fasted cardio in the morning.
My workouts are around 45 mins to hour long, focused on a variety of training methods such as weight lifting, MMC concentration, corrective exercising, Plyometrics, Olympic style weight lifting, HIT, Supersets, Dropsets etc.
What are your favorite tracks to workout to?
Anything Drake, J.Cole, Migos
