It's always great to have any amazing breakfast. These healthy high protein waffles will do the trick. One scoop of EarthNutri's Chocolate Pure Protein Isolate with 2g Velositol and 2 tbsp of EarthNutri's Vanilla Pure Protein Isolate with 2g Velositol are all that are needed to make this recipe complete. High-Protein Waffles (from @protein_recipes on Instagram)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
1 scoop of chocolate /banana protein powder
1/4 cup of whole flaxseeds
3 tbsp of ground oats
2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder
Directions :
1. Get your waffles maker really hot and spray it with nonstick spray.
2. Blend all ingredients together to create pancakes-type batter.
3. Pour the mix to the waffle maker and wait till its ready.
4. Top with fruits / peanut butter /maple syrup or anything else you want.
