Zucchini Walnut Bread made with EN Organic Gluten Free All Purpose Flour.
Delicious and easy to make.Recipe:
6 cups shredded zucchini.
1 and 1/4 cups brown sugar.
1 cup oil.
1 tbsp anthem gum.
3 cups EarthNutri Organic Gluten Free All Purpose Flour.
2 tsp baking soda.
1 tsp salt.
1/4 tsp baking powder.
4 tsp vanilla.
2 tbsp cinnamon.
1 tbsp nutmeg.
1/2 tsp cloves.
Add walnuts, raisins or dried cranberries. Even chocolate coated nuts can be added.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for +/- one hour.
